Layout Editor – Bonnier News Local

I worked as a Layout Editor for Bonnier News Local during 2021–2022. My responsibilities included editing planned newspaper pages and layouts for a wide range of daily newspaper titles in Sweden. Using InDesign as a tool, I crafted well-balanced, consistent, and engaging layouts incorporating assigned visual, graphic, and text materials.

My role: During holiday periods, I served as the coordinator for all family pages across the titles. This involved ensuring that all materials from the print editors were delivered on time and assigned correctly to all relevant pages. Additionally, I made sure that all family pages for the next day were edited and finalized before the end of the current day. I also prepared day-to-day materials used to plug gaps or fill pages as needed.
